WHAT IS A MOUSECAR?

The DISNEY DIVISIONAL “MOUSECAR” AWARD goes to the top-scoring athlete in each category. Categories: Best Appearing, Basic, Military, Strut, Solo, 2-Baton, 3 Baton, and Duet/Pair By placing 1^st place in your age division in a category it automatically puts you in contention for the coveted Mousecar. The athlete with the highest score out of all the 1^st place winners in a category will be presented this prestigious award. Ties are broken by judge's decision. Novice, Beginner, Intermediate, & Advance. Elite has Twirl & Strut Off.

TWIRL MANIA STRUT-OFF, TWIRL-OFF, and 2- Baton TWIRL-OFF

Top 3 from Elite Solo, Elite Strut, Elite 2-Baton divisions will advance to finals on Saturday evening.

Unique Keepsake 1^st Place Awards will be awarded to the Junior and Senior Division in Strut, Solo and 2-Baton.

All Awards subject to change pending availability, but they will always be extraordinary and unique.

Awards Extravaganza

ESPN WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS

Sunday Time: To Be Determined

The prepaid credentials included with your Disney Ticket purchased through Twrirl Mania are REQUIRED BY ALL for admittance to the Awards Extravaganza. They do not use a park day.

Awards ceremony… Athletes MUST be in COSTUME to receive awards and have photos taken on stage at the awards ceremony.

Athletes in ‘street clothes’ or ‘sweat suits’ WILL NOT be permitted to participate on stage or in photo sessions.

Seating for Athletes: We request that all TM athletes take the FRONT ROW SEATS BY DIVISION (side bleachers for easy stage access)

PHOTOS: Once awards have been presented on the Awards podium steps, please go to the Photo area for Official Awards Photos to the side of the staging area.

At the conclusion (not before) of the Awards Extravaganza, score sheets will be distributed in designated groups ( A – Z )

Please look for your score sheets group leader by LAST NAME Example: Smith = S

COACHES, DIRECTORS & PARENTS

· Please pick up your students / child's awards following each event except for Sunday's Award Extravaganza events. They will be distributed at the conclusion of the Extravaganza.

· Score sheets from posted awards during the day will be given with awards at the Awards Table.

· All other score sheets will be handed out at the score sheet table. Please pick up non-placing score sheets throughout the day.

· All awards & score sheets must be picked up at event. Score sheets ONLY will be mailed out if a large self-addressed, self stamped envelope is supplied to the Registration / Information Desk by Saturday of the event.

· Score sheets from the Awards Extravaganza events will be given out at the conclusion of the ceremony. Please be COURTEOUS to other athletes and wait to leave your seats until ALL awards have been presented. No score sheets will be given out until all awards are presented.

· AWARDS cannot be mailed! Please make accommodations to have someone pick them up for you.

· The last chance to pick up awards/score sheets will be Monday the Athletes Masters Workshop / Clinic 9:00am-11:00am at ESPN WWS, main arena.
